Used Part Warranty is 30 days
· New Part Warranty is 1 yr
· Warranty is for mechanical failure

· Once your
order is placed it is Final and cancellation fees apply.

We DO NOT guarantee delivery dates as handling and shipping times may vary.
Delays do occur with high order volumes, weather conditions, holidays, terrorist attacks, etc…
· We are not responsible for buyer error
or remorse
· In the
event you receive an incorrect part (our error) or a part is damaged in shipping you must notify us within 2 business days
by email at rednecktracking@gmail.com. We will provide you with return information and will ship the replacement part to you. Please
note that are NO returns unless it is our error or damaged during shipment. Items are tested before they
are shipped
· Refused
items or items returned without authorization WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

Tracking information is not given over the phone. Please do not call us for tracking
information. Email us at rednecktracking@gmail.com . Please be aware that we ship from salvage yards and warehouses throughout the United States and do not
have tracking numbers readily available. As we receive information from the location your item is shipped
from, we will immediately provide it to you. Please do not call for shipping information, EMAIL US. Most
items are received within 3 to 20 business days but this is not guaranteed.
· Fees:
· If your
part is incorrect (our error), or damaged, there is no additional charge to you for shipping and replacement.
· If you
challenge a charge on your credit card for any reason, or do not comply with the terms listed above you will be accessed all
or part of the following charges: SHIPPING AND HANDLING: MINIMUM FEE $35 (UP TO $200 on freight orders),
RESTOCKING FEE (IF RETURNED) $35, CHARGEBACK FEE: $35, ORDER CANCELLATION FEE: $35.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED THIS AMOUNT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OR THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND GIVEN.
